flash with 3u tools problem will be solved

activation problem still not solved i used 3utools to flash my ipad air and iphone 5s and ipad mini 2 but all ended in activation problem although 3u tools said activation successfull but phone stays on same error

Your devices have changed nand Ic which cause a mismatch in apple activation server.
So server dont allow the device to get activate.
as far my knowledge there is no solution till now.
