Macbook Air won't power on

Hi to all

I have one macbook air 13" late 2010, with board 820 2838 A

It charges without problems and the light turns green (not dim), but it won't power on.
It has no water damaged, no dropped, only thing is that component C1301 was missing so i replaced it, but it will never turns on.

What i can check?

thanks
