MacBook Pro A1706 EMC 3163 Dead SSD

Hello Dear Friends,

I looked all over Internet and still didn't find any solutions of my problem.
I have this Macbook Pro A1706 with "Dead SSD" but is not actualy dead. I can see the SSD in recovery but i can't format it to reinsall the new operating System. I have got also with Target Mode inside and took all data out from it. but i can't delete it at all. Is kind of Write protected. Is there any solutions to fixx this issue? Format the SSD and reinstall the OS?

Best regards,
Ovi.

In this case, you can use special software to restore SSD with damaged partitions.

On the A1706 / 820-00239 or 923 board losing the SSD is not a great thing because it's integrated on to the logic board. Fortunately with a reasonable number of these faults it's because there's something wrong with the Piccolo chip.
