My Mackbook Air Hangs up at apple logo
 
I have one MackBook Air it hangs at start up screen and show only apple logo please I need help from Experts what should i do about this problem.....If I need new program how to install it.

try turn off it and then

[Command]+[Option_Alt]+[R]+[P]+[POWER]

Press it and hold down about 10 - 15 second


or

Put in dvd with osX or Pendrive

trun off, press [C] and turn it on - wait until instalation begin
