Member: 2002744 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | We all understand it takes time to get the new iccid but taking 2 to 3 weeks off for a stupid holiday and leaving your customers hanging is just as unprofessional as it gets. I have customers too and I would never ask any of them to wait weeks for me to fix their problem. But then again anyone who has been around this business for a while will know the r-sim team have never showed any respect for their customers. When a problem surfaces they simply vanish until they come up with the new r-sim version. |

Member: 1900520 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | I think everyone here forgets how hard China works. They literally work day and night every day. My supplier in China is available 24/7 unless he has internet problems which is understandable in a place that it’s illegal to surf the internet and watch cat videos. Chill it will be here when it’s here and if customers have a problem then that’s your own fault for not helping them understand this happens before you sold the R-Sim Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
