There is a trick, but you need to open the devide and remove the battery, after that you need to put another battery(not from ipad) and make a short on some pins. I heard about two in a row successfully ipad activation lock hack. Please dont ask me how, I just know what I already told you. Ah, on the third ipad the guy put the short in a wrong pin and the logic board has gone, dead.

Read this, they found a service that able to remove IOS 7 Activation Lock.

not 100% solved for removed icloud by server but server guaranted refund ur credit account

can someone please verify about that they can really remove the icloud lock

I thought nobody can bypass icloud locked. Tried to email applecare about this last year,and they told me that they would not unlocked it because the one that can unlocked it only the owner of that icloud account.
I also read that someone forgot his icloud password,take it to apple along with his invoice included, and apple still did not want to unlock it either...

So i guess the man who can bypass it is very genius....

That method doesn't work bro. iCloud account tied imei, serial no and your apple account together. I think when its locked,then its locked. Only apple and the password can pass that. Maybe if we can forward the imei and serial no to another,it can be done. But i'm sure it will require hardware flashing and modification.
iCloud is a server,even we destroy the phone,the data is still there.
