But incoming calls are not working which is imp.

cool thanks. you probably need the phone to be activated in sprint and then force the patch to get sms and data..thats what i do here in the US for iphone 4s and 5 sprint with ios 7.1.1

You can only send SMS if the carrier bundle is changed via jailbreak or an advanced patch or chip outside the USA as it doesn't add country prefix otherwise.
