Some carrier bundles actually have short keys already enabled, so depending on your unlock method, you can rename the Sprint_LTE_US.bundle, Sprint_CSIM_LTE_US.bundle, or Sprint_US.bundle to your carrier.bundle. TMobile_US.bundle & TMobile_LTE_US.bundle use short keys as default.

Fix USSD ON iphone 4s/5 ios 8 Tmobile At&t .etc For Those Who Got Searching After Install comm centre patch
1.jailbreak needed
2.open cydia add this source applelab's Repository - MyRepoSpace.com install comm center patch ios 8
3. Run "iFile" and go at /System/Library/Carrier Bundles/iPhone/Default.bundle/carrier.plst
4. Click on carrier.plst and select "Viewer PList"
5. Flip through down and find the item SupportsSupplementaryServicesOver3GPP (turned it off)
6. Turn it "On" and click "Finish" if u got searching remove comm center patch
7. Reboot the device.
8. enjoy working USSD code
