4s sprint ios8.1.3 can,t activation with rsim 10 - GSM-Forum

i have iphone 4s lock with sprint, ios 8.1.3 i try with rsim 10 can,t activation show sim not valid, and try with rsim 9 pro work, but no data celular only 2g network..

Choose input imsi put : 3160100 then choose i4s and then iOS6.0-8.x(2G/3G SIM Card) and finally accept and restart. Install gpp patch and restart again.
