solution:

Use at&t simcard with your r-sim chip to unlock via iccid 89014103270421600651，

when unlock done. then use any other simcard that you want to use.
support remove rsim chips after done ,

R-SIM13 unlock for iOS 14.8 ,
Setting instructions,
Latest iccid + ATT imsi

Ugsim unlimited is working without need to use att sim. Working for all iccids too.

Are you saying that I can update RSIM 13 with a card reader so that I can still unlock iPhones using ICCID method ?

And can I use any of smart card boxes or dongles that I have to program the RSIM like MXBOX, JAF, I have many many boxes and dongles that I can put the RSIM into it to program then?

If not then propose me a good RSIM dongle programmer to buy on Aliexpress or GSMserver

Please help
