I bought such Omnikey 3021 reader at ebay already now, eagerly waiting to get it for 3 days as it was located in Germany.

Tried JAFWM PKEY reader but couldn't detect the smartcard with it, also one Martview reader that came some of the UMT and Octoplus dongles with it couldn't detect the smartcard

this rsim dongle never opened on windows 10. tried all compatibility options. any idea?

3. Select [Iccid Activation] select the [ICCID UNLOCK] [Edit ICCID code] and enter 89014103270421600412
send, and then click Accept.
4. Turn off the phone and connect to WiFi to activate the phone perfectly
remove Rsim use any other simcard that you want to use !

Can anyone confirm if Rsim works on iPhone 13?

Received the Omnikey Smart Card reader exactly as in the RSIM software , but it is again not working to program saying :

15:42:23 Verify ADM Failed！
15:42:37 Verify ADM Failed！

Any advice how should I proceed now?
