And it is locked to sprin/virgin. Will it be unlocked by R sim Air?

Sounds like no SMS out or internet if you have bad ESN until a jailbreak comes out. Same with Sprint iPhone 5 7.1. I think no SMS out even with good ESN unless you're in the USA. We'll see in a few days.

AFAIK Turbo sim unlocking have nothing to do with ESN of phone.
