$55 USD is expensive, I agree...but how else do you guys expect to update an RSIM without hardware?

I see there are other RSIM Dongles on eBay...would those work? They're much cheaper...

You don't need that crap to update the R-Sim or any other sim interposer. All you need it's a simcard reader usb dongle. Nothing else. People be smart and stayed away from this desperate scammers.

I see, I'm new to simcard stuff, I didn't know that. Then yes, that's pretty bull**** of them to do....but they gotta keep making money somehow. I'm sure there's more to it than just a sim reader though. I imagine that they have some sort of check in place to make sure you're using their device.
