I just want to ask if my Iphone 5c from Japan SoftBank can be unlock using R-Sim

Softbank Carrier
Ios 7.0.3
16gb

And if Rsim can unlock this device, Can I text +63 numbers here in philippines?
I'm talking bout the SMS patch.

Please I need help.

Also if someone here can offer Factory Unlock for this Phone in low price PM ME, My Budget is 4k for F.U

no need patch for japan models, all models works fine, include au cdma2000
