Only setup menu?? No carrier signal or anything?? Because i can get the setup menu on my Sprint 5C with any rsim but then the activation screen comes up

iOS 7.1 has been released now!! I don't know if i should be happy or sad about it, because now there is no Jailbreak anymore, no one has any info and no unlock solution so far!!

so you have seen a Sprint iPhone 5s making outgoing calls with Rsim extreme but you don't know how to do it ?
