R-Sim How to enable USSD function on iPhone iOS 7
I HAVE DONE MINE ITS ALL YOUR NOW I HOPE THE GUIDE WILL HELP YOU .... JUST PRESS THE THANKS BUTTON PLZ... ALL JAILBROKEN IPHONE ........... SUPPORTED IOS 7.0, 7.0.1,7.0.2,7.0.3,7.0.4, FINDING FOR IOS 7.0.6

i recommend you to use the latest jailbreak tool then proceed on---

open Cydia- go to- Manage- look up for - Edit- then Add- BiteYourApple Repo
after search for Ifile and download it
go again and search for commcenter patch for ios7 in cydia and install it....
after that navigate the Ifile folder --to --
/System/Library/Carrier Bundles/iPhone/Default.bundle. simple click on carrier.plist and choose 'Property List View' and turn on SupportsSupplementaryService. Click on carrier.pri and restart and see the magic............... just press on the thanks meter ....

bro i have tested about 50 to 55 iphone ios ios 7 to 7.0.6 you try it then post result with thanks

I've done this before without the bite your apple repo, just used the commcenter patch and rest of instructions
