Should it work RSIM 13 when we program the ICCID and the IMSI , because it is my first time that I had success in programming via Omnikey Reader or maybe just the RSIM 17 works?


Or maybe just whenever Apple releases new IOS versions it sometimes stops for some days the unlock process via RSIM?
