Hi team i need good solutions i try 2 r-eim both sim when i edit iddidsaying simnot support,
i try choose sprint opetionfrom rsim menu choose tmsi auto then acceot still same,what is correct rolutions? how can i unlock this phone?

Did you power cycle the phonef after updating iccid?
