why u said not work di u test it or not the x-sim are working well in all ver 5.0/6.1.3

yes till now i tried rsim7+ on 4s 6.1.2 and it didnt work . & i didnt get any sort of support .

the rsim7+ is as i see for iphone 5 and it can be use it on 4s how di u cut the sim card if u cuted by simcutter it will work if not just replase it
