Rsim 15 v19.2 on ISO 13.3 sim not supported issues - GSM-Forum

im using a Rsim15 v19.2 on a ATT phone and trying to unlock the phone to Tmobile while doing the unlocking on ISO 13.3 the activation screen pops up after submitting the correct ICCID and then says sim not supported. is there any solution to this issue? also any update on the v19.2 on Rsim 15? need help with the issues.

AT&T to T-Mobile, isn't possible to full unlock your phone?

It appears that it is a problem on most devices
