RSIM 18 having problem with receiving calls??
 

Just got 3 pieces that I bought and I am having terrible problems receiving calls, and it appears as I am offline, while I can make calls normally always


And after some times when I get the phone out of pocket it just says Sim not supported and then I need to repeat the procedure again

Which method should I use to not have problems please ?
