RSIM mini 2 v9.8 iPhone 5S iOS 7.1.1 All working except Incoming Calls.....HELP!!

Hi there......i finally make my iPhone 5S iOS 7.1.1 locked to Claro Guatemala, works using RSIM mini v9.8.........is almost fully functional except for incoming calls......i can make calls (outgoing), can SMS (send & receive), iMessage (send & receive), can use 3G..............im just missing receiving calls, anyone has any trick to make it works too?? i already have installed iRose and RPatch however all the features i mentioned works without activate those programs......having them activate anyway doesnt fix the incoming calls problem......any other solution???

Turn off 3G to get incoming calls. You will only get incoming calls while on 2G networ. You can do it through iRose patch also. Click on "Force 2G" and restart.
