Heicard Update firmware! Waiting Rsim firmware

Apple had blocked iccid active service without USA SIM
We made new firmware for this issue，ICCID+MCC mode
iPhone will login network as TMSI
V1.27 firmware upgrade here
.Add a pcsc upgrade tool for auto uprade.here
. upload new firmware for Litesim,easy to edit default iccid,plug and paly.here

I am already have iPhone work on 12.3.1 with iccid normal if I make update to 12.4 will still work or not ??????????
