Hello Friends

Please help me with unlock Alcatel 5024F SIM locked permanently.

Withs Avengers Spreadtrum Module 1.5 i unlock "Remove simlock" and phone still SIM permanently locked.
I Repair factory NVRAM and flash .pac firmware and phone still SIM locked permanently.

Please help me with unlock this phone.

Download from support version 1.6, version 1.5 not support this phone.
And restore first nv backup if need.
Also will be really usefull to post exe logs when you report some.

The phone came to me in that condition. The owner has entered an incorrect NCK unlock code several times and has been displaying "SIM locked permanently" since then.

Is it possible to unblock?

You removed exe version from log, so can't check if you use version 1.6 from support or not.
Also, if you have backup before all oppertions with flash or other manipulation, restore this backup.
In this phones nvram is uniqiue for each phone, if you erased or rewrited security items, phone can't be maked alive anymore.
You can also upload backup maked by exe, will check it.
