If phone does not allow network unlock, need to backup original modem, downgrade modem using this arhive and after unlock phone. If needed it can be restored saved modem backup. 4. Added safe reset phone in flash mode for supported by exe phones. it is recommended to use this function, some phones like Vivo can stuck on logo on format userdata for example.
