this phone exists in 3 versions, with 2 gb ram, 3gb ram and go version with 1 gb ram.
And posible loaders is not compatible between.
Firmware is easy to find, it take me 5 min to find firmware and download it.
So try to search version for your phone.
If will not work with any loader, then posible exists problem with your phone or connection between pc and phone.

The Firmware was already downloaded but the Loader that was inside the firmware did not work, I used several USB cable and it was also used in several PCs And nothing And the phone is New Sealed It has never been opened or worked by Third parties

Good to have if this custom loader works for you, remember that there are three models of this asus and do test point.

If in that I am clear that there are 3 different models of that model, I have looked for several chargers for this model on the net and none have worked
