I'am not understand what meen RSA phones, if you will can explain will be great.
About simlock in generic nokia phones, posible soon will be code calculator, and direct unlock.
About contact service, is not posible to solve phones with erased(damaged) security.
Avoid to write nv or full from other phones in this models.

Simlock will remain, also contact service will no be solved.
Posible soon will be added simunlock for this phones, will help allot full backup maked by users from locked phones.
Contact serice, most posible no, need service acess to solve such phones.
