Bug in SPD Module


Hi support im facing an issue in SPD module from previous and last version, when do Format User Data and Reset FRP option in SC7731E its not done, have to do Safe Format User Data first and Reset FRP after to do the job.


Here is log from Format Data and Remove frp, its say done but not done. greetings.


Phone Storage: EMMC
EXE: Avengers Spreadtrum Module 1.8

ACTION: Reset Userdata and Remove FRP
Start Detect phone.
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Long press "VOL -" key while inserting usb cable.
Keep key untill boot complete.
Detected: SPRD U2S Diag (COM107)
Sending loader, keep boot key untill loader start.
Loader OK: Spreadtrum Boot Block version 1.1
Changing bautrate OK.
Send Second Loader.
New flash metod detected.
UID: TB4B65_17_18_7
[readed: 8 expected: 8200 ]
Read Error: 7E00840000FF7B7E0036
Removing frp, wait...
Format OK.
[misc]Formating userdata, wait...
Wait untill phone will restart.
Log saved:

It's not related to exe, some phones not allow to format userdata in safe mode.
This mode is used when you select frp + reset.
If phone not allow reset userdata in safe mode, you can use reset from diag mode or low level userdata format.
Here come also some unexpected read error

Brand, model, android version e.t.c.?

But if make Safe Format Userdata its done in same phone. And Show same read error, but job is done.

Phones with issue are mostly BLU brand, C6, C6 2020, Studio X12, etc in android 10

Android 10 use different loader, old loader can create some problems.
Try to make custom loader from phone firmware and check if problem persist.
Also thanks for report, will check this.
