Usually this have nothing to do with signal, posible exists other problems.
Perform wipe after privacy reset.
If this not help, simple restore nv backup as exe warn you when you push privacy button.

problem was that model was w5001P and i select w5001,
now i find "Repair Factory NVRM" opiton under w5001p model and it works and phone is working fine....

This is important, models contain inside some specific setting what is not compatible between.
You not specify wrong model selection in your post, so was imposible to guess it.
