This phone have secure boot, will not work with generic loader and settings.
If you want to service this phone in flash mode, you have 2 posible ways.

1.Open phone and make testpoint, after service it.(need to load preloader)
2.Make software testpoint and after service your phone(need to load preloader)

You can also try reset in meta mode(not need to load preloader for this)
1.Try to perform oppo safe reset from meta mode.

Also in exe is writed with very big font(misc metod not work on phones with helio cpu), and you used this function on your phone.
Most posible you not have time to read exe hint, right?
