is there any other way to backup the data! because nothing works !

phone connects to pc even after allowing on phone storage not showing!

This metod use phone api to perform reset and it's safe.
It work like wipe from recovery, but directly.
If exists problem like was described, this can be posible cause.

1.Phone have corupted firmware, in this case need to rewrite firmware.
2.Phone have read only emmc or bad blocks(need hardware repair)
3.Phone have activated frp, and need to remove frp also(on some phones this can cause stuck on logo)
4.Phone have corupted userdata, and need to make low level format, and allow phone to make initialisation(all data will be lost)

Firmware is ok
Emmc is 100%ok
I think the problem maybe caused by frp
But
I even turned on oem_unlock in developer setting restart the phone still not working-/!
Old models like y93 on android version8 any vivo on android 8 or below works perfectly!

This is not related to android version, exist problem with phone.
Must be any from steps explained above.
Try to reset frp, this will not lose data, if will not help you must try other solutions(with data lost).

You can try some other, not sure if will help, but it's safe(not erase userdata).
Try to load scatter firmware, untick all partitions, and write only cache in phone.
And check after if phone will start.
