There Is No Firmware For A21 Which Can Be Flash Via QFIL.

However, You Can Flash Via BP & AP Flash Tool : DOWNLOAD

Volume Down Require For BP Part Flashing & Volume Up Require For AP Part Flashing.

Try To Short By Soldering Volume FPC Or Change It.
