i tried to unlock sony xperia so-02c but now its bricked

Unlock procedure started, waiting for phone.
Attach Testpoint and connect phone with Micro USB cable.
Connecting to boot.
Port : Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM10)
Second step...
Please wait....
Read device info.
CXC : 1234-5769
IMEI :
EROM AID : 0001
LOADER AID : 0001
AID TAMP STATE : NOT_TAMPERED
ERROR: NO IMEI.
Boot send error, aborted!!

From begining till now in server was unlocked more then 100.000 se phones.
And never was problem like this.
Also exe will not allow to unlock phone if phone is not supported, with damaged imei, erased security e.t.c.
So most posible your problem not come from unlock.
Will be nice to see unlock log, to see exactly problem, without log we talk about nothing.

Also was reported by some users problem with testpoint, testoint was maked incorectly, was maked shortcut between 2 wires inside pcb, or some wire inside pcb was interrupted.
If your problem come from testpoint, this is hardware problem, not related in any way with unlock.
You must use good microscope and check pcb in this case.
If you maked shortcut between 2 wires, can be problem with cpu.

the imei was working before i tried unlocking it the software got stop and closed after the phone is not working

I'am lready replied to your post, read my repply again please.
Worst problem in case of wrong unlocking, will be no signal.
And this usually is solved with unlocking once again.
Imei is not related with unlocking in any way, exe only read imei to check phone integrity, and abort if exists some problems.

This problem can be hardware(wrong testpoint, bad contacts between cpu and pcb e.t.c.) or software problem(erased trim area)
Nckdongle not touch this area in anyway, not read and not write in this area.
How you can solve, not know really, need to know exactly what you do with phone.
But i'am almost sure, problem come from wrong maked testpoint.
