You have 2024 phone or OT-5024?
This error can meen many things, damaged phone, discharged battery, bad usb cable so on.
Also you can try one more time, can be bad connection.
More, if your phone is ot-5024, you must use latest version of exe.
In this version of exe, simlock, repair imei and some other things is not supported for this phone.
