Your phone have strange flash ic and it not exists in database.
Make debug log and upload somewhere and post link here

Also try to unlock phone using meta mode, if phone not have closed meta, this must work.

Meta debug log is not usefull to check what problem is with flash id.
Need brom debug log.
Will try to add this flash id to database for next update.
Thanks for confirm unlock in meta mode.
