Alcatel A5 led unlock problem [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I wanted to unlock an Alcatel a5 LED, with my NCK dongle. The phone has an MT6753 CPU. Dongle detects phone, and ask me to reinsert battery. The phone has an embedded battery so i skipped this step and inserted usb cable. Then i got "wrong model selected" message. Any solutions?

Without real phone name and exe log is very complicate to guess some.

Just looked to unlock the same.. It's model name is 5085y if that helps

In 10 minutes is not posible to develop solution.
And phone must be locked.

No worries.. was only trying to help as much as I could. Vodafone next door to us are the only stockists.. next one that comes in I'll ask to hold onto for an hour or so.. the contact you again.

Yes, use android mtk, enable debug log, and post here created debug log file link.

Yes mediateck phones must be off when you want to service phone.
