hello i just bought an NCK pro dongle and the main module is okay. opening.. but the problem is the other modules like mtk, spd, there is a error like this. any one can help what wrong?

Look on device manager if the nck dongle driver ar installed

i think it is installed bcuz the the main module of nck dongle opens

any idea the problem?

If you have nckbox, why you not use nckbox exes?

thank you for that bcuz that is one of things making me confuse.. why it is opening the BOX one when infact what i have is the nck pro dongle. any idea why not opening?

I DONT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING BUT PROBLEM SOLVED BY USING THE NCK BOX/PRO EXES.. i bought an nck pro dongle from sharkgsm. thank you team.
