What exactly are you trying to do ?
Is the phone booting or Dead?

In this case, if you want to do some, you must load scatter+ preloader.
Exe complain about missing flash id in database.
If you perform flash, you using wrong frirmware, in this case preloader.

The phone came to me in dead ,I try to read info in flash mode that how I get the log
can you gave some explanation on how to load scatter+preloader ?

I'am not sure how you want to repair phone if you not know so basic things.
Anyway, check atached screenshot, lets hope it will help you.

Thank for replay , I know the basic ,I receive a dead phone so when i try to read info in flash mode ,write flash firmware I have got the same error ,
I have try efferent firmware nothing work

If you get same error with firmwares, this can meen hardware damage or problem with flash ic.
Try to make debug log, in this way you can get more details about problem.

this is cpu problem rebol cpu or replace cpu

dram pins are not working properly
