After opperation finish, need to wait till buttons will become active.
If you will select just frp, phone will restart, if you will select frp+erase userdata, phone will remain powered off, and need to power it in recovery to complete action.

In case of booting problem need to long keep vol- and vol+ and power on button.
This will force exist from flash mode.
But if you will wait when opperation will finish, not need to do this.
