This is not hard to make, just need to have in hands one china android MTK phone.

It can be easily done, but as you don't have NCK Box, its almost impossible to make test on your system.

Well why I am asking here ?

These days many MediaTek Android phone in the market with many problems If NCK box is support Mediatek chinese android phones repair 100% will purchase NCK box. So now I am facing Chinese Samsung S4 copy Mediatek cpu 6572 IMEI problem which not supported with any Box.

Nck Box is not dedicated china box.
If your target is only china phones then you must buy some other for sure.
