Try to reinstall NCK! Think your files got corrupt or anti-virus thought it's a treat!

I reinstall Windows and same error message and reinstall nck Android mtk work and after reboot show the same error

It meen exe is modified by some virus or human manipulation.

Need to clean pc with some antivirus, redownload and reinstall exe.
Also check if your antivirus or firewall not block exe.

I changed the localization of exe from local disk C to D and the problem solved

This meen antivirus or firewall protect c drive, or location is read only.
You can check firewall rules and add exception for this case, or use from drive d.
