SPD sc9832e modem not support??

Hi, anytime soon any updates for spd sc9832e android 8.1? I try to unlock in diag mode but not supported.. Mobile is IMO q plus... Also got other mobile with frp with same CPU..

Please not understand me wrong, i'am belive you, but without any information, based only on your "not work" is very hard to add support.
