Alcatel 2008g unlock problem [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

How to unlock this model? If I click on the read info button, it writes phone is unlocked. If I click on the unlock phone button, do it, but phone is stay locked.

If exe write phone unlocked, meen phone is unlocked.
What to do on this cases.
1.Posible another lock is set, not simlock.
2.Posible simcard is damaged.
3.Posible firmware is damaged.
Try with another sim, if problem not gone, make reset to factory.
If problem not gone, write another firmware in phone.
Also, if you post some, need logs also.
Is very hard to guess what problem exactly you have, without any info.

The phone is hungarian telekom now. If I power on the phone, it writes "Input password. The number of attempts: 3". I tried 3 times different codes, but after writes it, that incorrect sim. I downloaded flash file from the support (2008g_HU_AL), but doesn't contain scatter file. How to flash it?

Oh sorry, I chosen the cfg file, and all is ok. After flashing everything is allright, phone is unlocked. The problem was with the telekom firmware.
