i have download the Motorola driver and its still not working

Only downloading driver will not help.
You must install also driver in your PC.
Specially network interface driver, adb and fastboot drivers is important.
In PC exists feature called device manager.
Here you can see if driver is installed corectly or not.

P.S
This is 2nd gen Motorola.
And metod for new phones mostly sure will not work in your phone.
You must use old metod if you want to perform this task.

all drivers have been installed:motorola driver manger and qualcomm drive and when i click old method this happen.phone is in fastboot

Phone must be on, USB debugging must be enabled.
If Phone ask,accept authorization on screen.
No Device Found!

For old metod, you must perform some steps manually, as explained in help.
Only pressing button, will not help.
First you must put phone in factory mode and enable adb, and only after you can perform remove frp.
Now, for sure you not have adb enabled in phone.
