it`s possible to unlock frp in Qilive 5033f ( TCL//U3A_PLUS_4G 8.1.0./011019/V7L2D-0 firmware ) via NCK DONGLE ?

From what i'am understand, your phone have mtk chipset.
Select OT-5033F as model, and try to remove frp(not need to click on security bypass)

Reinsert phone battery.
Battery must be charged.
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Please insert USB cable now...

You not posted full exe log, so i'am not know what version you use.
Without this is not posible to provide any help.
And your exe log is strange, like you edited it.

Bro there is no 5033F model , So I tick 5033G , here is full log

Try to boot it in brom mode, must be usb#vid_0e8d&pid_0003

Phone must be off with battery inside.
For some phones need to keep "VOL+ and VOL-" button untill inserting USB cable.

Mostly phones with secure boot, not allow booting in preloader mode.

Yes, after resetting mtk phone can take up to 10 minutes on some phones untill phone will start.
