can you support alcatel mtk for imei, alcatel v870 for example

V870 ? are you sure there is alcatel V870? because in Alcatel Support there is only V875 , V860 V861 and they are supported but no V870

when i try to download the latest update its always asking for authentication required when i put my user and password its always asking again....im using google chrome mozilla internet explorer browser but all same problem...

Maybe this is the same case as mine . if you are new registered you have to wait the spproval fro nck team.
My advice account activation must be automatic to give users speed acccess to updates.
