Sim unlock in Alcatel 5085c is not supported and never added.
Please post report only on supported by exe functions.

Who is using this latest set up on mini laptop,I m having issue with mine,when I set it up , the frp button,imei repair button are missing, please I need help on how to make it work,all the old set up are working perfectly except the last two latest version

Sorry, we not provide support for mini laptops, phones or tablets.
On laptop with 15 inch screen it work ok, and 99.9 from users use exactly this screen.
We can make poll if you want, and ask if need to remove from exe functions and features to make it smaller.

I am a new user and I see 0 safe flash 1 Full flash 2 Full Format + Flash 3 Flash reset package what happen if I check or uncheck write preloader with for exemple full flash or Full format + flash please

In format option tab exists option full format except preloader.

In flash scenarion full format usually will keep preloader, and untill flashing firmware exe will try to save phone preloader(just in case if some gone wrong)
Also is very recommended to make security backup before flashing firmware.
This will save preloader, nvram, proinfo and other sensitive files.

Some new models will not allow you to perform format, in this case need to perform full flash, this will format userdata and cache and will write full firmware, if you want to skip preloader from flashing or some other partition, you can untick it from firmware settings button or use safe flash.

De algunas actualizaciones para acá ha presentado problemas en la reparación de imei en modo meta en teléfonos que antes no tenía ningún problema al reparar IMIE ahora no los repara este es el caso para avvio 776 y avvio 793 y se ha intentado con todos los métodos que tiene la misma herramienta y no los repara cuando otras herramientas si lo hacen sin problema
