Thanks for update....i have tried Tecno phones such as BC2C, BD2, BD2P, POP5 On version 2.1.4 for frp reset, no one is work. But diag method to do factory reset works for all of them.. Thanks

first of all i must thank you for all your hardwork to keep this product alive,please add feature read firmware .so we can later flash same model phones,or if any thing go wrong we can use it,for example realme c 11 after safe format hang on logo(in my case)so i had to download firmware and flash again .lot of data and time waste for downloading.sir if you can add feature read firmware then we will read firmware before we do anything,so we can use it to same mobile or later we can other mobiles tooo.again thank you for the update and for your hardwork

Read firmware, in case of using loader from same model work very well.
It make XML firmware what is posible to write back also.

This was added long time ago.
