Even if not listed, using custom loader you can service almost all phones.
Can you specify exactly models what can't be serviced even with custom loader?

Most posible you use old exe version, what give exception on phones with android 10 or 11.
New version will give you unsupported yet message for this phones.
Do not play with this phones, without making nvram backup.
You must know exactly what you do.
If you will erase(destroy) imei sign in this phone, is not posible to repair or use it after.

Send me security backup please.
It will help me to add this phone in supported list
