i got it but this firmware not same ver i can't repair imei i have all tool

like sigma, nck, falcon, etc all of those can't repaired my phone because ver not accepted

If you want to change imei, this is not posible.
If you want to repair imei, you must select alcatel phone from list and after perform full flash.
On correct flashing must be erased 4 regions and flashed preloader also.
Writing firmware in safe mode will not repair phone, need to use full flash.
